01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the jetwin platform, including visitors, registered players, and anyone who accesses any part of jetwin.one. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on jetwin, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Jetwin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 02 Eligibility

Jetwin may request proof of age at any time. If you cannot verify that you are 18 or older, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Jetwin takes age verification seriously and will not process withdrawals for accounts where age has not been confirmed.

03 Account Registration

One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one jetwin account. If you already have a jetwin account, you must not register a second one. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited, and the primary account may also be suspended depending on the circumstances.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jetwin username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jetwin support immediately. Jetwin will never ask for your password through any channel.

KYC Verification

Jetwin may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits

Jetwin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit displayed publicly — high-value deposits may be subject to individual account limits which the support team can clarify.

• Deposits are credited to your jetwin account instantly in most cases.
• Jetwin does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts is not permitted.
• Jetwin reserves the right to reverse a deposit if fraud or unauthorised use is suspected.

If a deposit does not appear in your jetwin account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again until the issue has been resolved, as duplicate deposits can complicate the investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at jetwin are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches.

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically process within 5 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Jetwin offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all jetwin bonuses unless stated otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms. Bonus Expiry

Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings removed, and may be suspended.

• Only one welcome bonus per household or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Jetwin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• In the event of a dispute about bonus terms, jetwin's decision is final.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jetwin are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question. General betting rules that apply across the platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Jetwin reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds or game settings has occurred.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetwin platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain winnings that would not otherwise be possible.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the jetwin platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetwin staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Jetwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that these Terms have been breached. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You may appeal a suspension by contacting support. Jetwin will review appeals within 5 business days and communicate the outcome.

You may also close your own jetwin account at any time by contacting support. If you have a positive balance at the time of closure, it will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

10 Privacy and Data
